Debt Collection From Klara Haim

The Belgrade District Court communicated to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the lawsuit between Ora Markada and Klara Haim. Klara Haim had lost the lawsuit and therefore was ordered to pay her debt to Markada. Since her dresses and jewelry had already been pawned, the Court requested the Administration to find a way how to collect the debt.

Drugs Sale In the Grocery Store

The Ministry of the Interior ordered the Administration of Town of Belgrade to investigate if Juda Deputan had allegedly been selling drugs in his grocery store in the Great Market. At the interrogation Deputan claimed that he opened his store after the Prince Milos Obrenović had given him his consent, verbally. Juda was ordered to remove health-threatening drugs from his store.

Deportation of Jews Who Came From Sarajevo To Belgrade

The Administration of the Town of Belgrade informed the Ministry of the Interior regarding the deportation of a number of Jews who came from Sarajevo to Belgrade. The Administration expressed the belief that those Jews had been of a very poor condition thus they would turn to beggary in order to support themselves. Those Jews were Juda Moša, Ajmiko Avram, Aron Salomon, Aron Pardo and Avram Moša.

The Administration of the Town of Belgrade allowed Danilo Papo and his brother Moreno to come to Zemun to retrieve his boat overturned by wind during the night.
