Debt Settlement of Milan Garvrilović To Krstić and Spasić

The Commercial Court informed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to have granted a ban to be placed on the property of Milan Gavrilović, to secure the debt settlement to Krstić and Spasić, the merchants. The Administration was asked to seize and evaluate the merchandises which was kept in stores of several Belgrade merchants, including Hajma S. Levija and Pijade.

Debt Settlement of the Late Nastas Vujić

The Commercial Court brought a decision to accept the request of Jakov Levenzon a ban to be put on the incomes of the representative of the late Nastas Vujić, over debt settlement. The tenants, who leased the house of Nastas Vujić, were ordered to withhold the rent payment to anyone until further order.

David Buli Permitted to Sell a Dye

The Sanitary Department of the Ministry of the Interior gave a permission to David Buli to collect a dye from the Customs, used in the coloring industry, and to sell it in his store provided he possessed a certificate of a producer that a dye did not contain arsenic, antimony or mercury.

Džoja Darsa Ran the Tavern Without a Permission

The Dorćol Precinct interrogated Džoja, a wife of Moša Darsa, for running a tavern without a permission. Džoja gave a statement that she only continued to run the business of her late husband. The Administration recommended she should find an assistant that the relevant Guild would approve.

Leja Amar requested sequestration of the rent money from the house of the late K. Dragutinović, located at Knez Mihailova Street, so that she could collect the money from her late debtor. The request was granted. The guardian of the late Dragutinović‘s property requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to settle the debt with Leja Amar.

Debt Settlement of Avram Koen to the English Bank

The Commercial Court requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to execute its decision and put a sequester on the property of Avram Koen, a merchant at the Zeleni Venac, to secure the debt settlement to the English Bank. When the Administration tried to inventory the property of Koen, he gave a statement that he had no property and that he had sold everything he had to settle his previous debts.
