Complaint Against a Husband
Sali Kazes filed a complaint to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade against her husband Jakov Kazes, a bed cover manufacturer, for not performing his spousal and paternal duties. Sali requested her husband to be forced to fulfill his legal obligations to his family or their marriage to be divorced.
The Šabac District Court requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to collect the court fee from Salomon Amar, associated with his demand a ban to be put on the merchandises of Tasa Manojlović, the bad-cover manufacturer from Šabac.
