Appointment of a Guardian of Rejna Talvi

The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed Žarko Lazić as a legal guardian of absent Rejna Talvi with residence at 53 Cara Dušana Street, since Rejna‘s brother and guardian Isak Azriel was emigrating to Israel.

Appointment of a Guardian of Moša Đerasi, Rakila Kalderon and Debora Papo

Zelma Đerasi, a widow of Alkan Đerasi, requested the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade to appoint legal guardians of her husband‘s relatives Moša Đerasi, Rakila Kalderon and Debora Papo, who emigrated to Israel in 1948. The guardians were required to initiate the probate hearing of settling the estates located at 20 Gospodar Jevremova Street and at 3 Višnjićeva Street, owned by Alkan Đerasi.

Appointment of the Guardian of Lučija Pardo and Reli Samuilo

The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed Flora Ković as a legal guardian of Lučija Pardo and Reli Samuilo, whose residence was unknown, to represent them in the probate hearing regarding the estate of Julija Rubenović. At the same time, the Board appointed a guardian of Julija Rubenović, owner of the estate located at 21 and 23 Aleksa Bačvanskog Street, to represent her in the lawsuit initiated by Ruben Rubenović.

Appointment of a Guardian of Maks Mošić

The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed a guardian of absent Maks Mošić, whose last residence was at 6 Banatska Street. The guardian was appointed to represent Mošić in a lawsuit initiated against him by the City Water and Sewage Company for accumulated debts. Maks Mošić emigrated to Israel.
