Appointment of Guardian of Arijana Stanišić

Josip Kanjo, an engineer from Dubrovnik requested the County Court in Dubrovnik, to appoint his wife Greta s a guardian for minor Arijana Stanišić, a daughter of Đorđe Stanišić and Margita, née Adler. Arijana‘s mother was killed in a camp as well as her grandparents David and Eugenija. Arijana was first staying in the facilities of the Federation of the Jewish Religious Communities in Belgrade and then she was sent to Greta Kanjo, her legal the guardian.

Appointment of the Guardian of Renica Dajč

The Jewish Religious Community in Belgrade requested the Custody Department of the 1st city district to appoint David Rubenović, a secretary of the community, as a legal guardian of minor Renica Dajč. Her parents were killed in a camp in Croatia in 1941. The request was granted.

Appointment of a Guardian of Jaša Albala

The Executive Board of the 1st City District People‘s Committee appointed a lawyer Sima Alkalaj as a guardian of absent Dr Jaša Albala. The guardian was needed in a legal proceedings over the property of the late Josif Joška Albala, an industrialist executed in the Banjica concentration camp in 1942. When Sima Alkalaj moved to Israel, Vojislav Lukić was appointed as the new guardian.

The Executive Board of the 1st City District People‘s Committee appointed Dr Jakov Čelebonović as a guardian of Evgenije and Jovan Flajšer, who was to represent them in a legal process regarding the property of the late Irena Flajšer. Evgenije Flajšer was in Rome and Jovan was in London.
