Agreement on Management of the Property of the Late Jakov Ozmo

Agreement concluded between Jahiel Ruso and Leon Koen, guardians of the property of the late Jakov Ozmo on one side, and Mordohaj Ozmo, his son and heir on the other side. The agreement defined the ways of managing Jakov Ozmo‘s property until his other two children were of legal age and determined the obligations in this matter of his adult son Mordohaj.

Avram Ozer Accused to Having Committed a Theft in Turn Severin in Walachia

The Ministry of the Foreign Affairs communicated to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the complaint of the Serbian subject Avram Ozer against the authorities in Turn Severin in Walachia which confiscated his belongings over suspicion of committing theft. The Belgrade Town Court interrogated Ozer but not the prosecutor Josif Koen and the witnesses, because the authorities in Walachia considered that the accused Ozer should not be prosecuted in Serbia but in the place where he committed a theft. After Josif Koen gave up on the accusations, Ozer‘s belongings were returned.

Azrijel and Moša Almuzlino Reached Legal Age and Took Over the Inheritance

Jakov Kalderon and Izrail Tajtasak gave a statement that six years before the brothers Azrijel and Moša Almuzlino were assigned heirs of their late sister Duda, a daughter of Avram Almuzulino, that they recently reached the legal age and they took over their inheritance.
