A Group of Merchants Gave a Power of Attorney to Kosta Matić

The Barlovac brothers, Moša Kalderon, Isak Albahari, Moreno Konortić, the brothers Kumanudi and others gave the power of attorney to Kosta Matić, a merchant from Belgrade, to represent them in all courts regarding their claims from the late Tasa Nikolić from Ćuprija, as well as in a lawsuit against Tasa Petković from Jagodina.

The Court in Požarevac requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to collect a court fee from Avram Suzin who had demanded a sequester to be placed on the property of his debtor Jovan Milošević, a grocer from Požarevac.

Adolf Hercog Filed a Lawsuit Against Miloš Popović

The Belgrade Town Court requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to take the oath from Adolf Hercog, a tailor, in the presence of a rabbi that his claims expressed in a lawsuit he had filed against Miloš Popović, the editor of the newspaper Vidovdan, were true. Hercog refused to take the oath in the presence of a Spanish rabbi, thus he demanded a request for the oath taking to be submitted to the Austrian Consulate where he would take the oath required.
