Correspondence of the Belgrade Town Court and the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the lawsuit Jelene, a wife of Petar Čagan, a shop keeper, had filed against a rabbi Jakov Berger, his wife Fanika, a daughter Regina and his son Samuilo, over molesting and abuse.

Jovan Mandil To Settle His Debts

The Administration of the Town of Belgrade reported to the Smederevo District Headquarters on the debts of Jovan Mandil, a practitioner at that Administration and then a notary in the Headquarters. Mandil had a debt to his wife Regina and the Prometna Bank. To settle his debt a part of his salary was being collected on monthly basis.

The Jewish Religious School Community reported to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade on the number of the newly born and deceased in the Community in the period 11th to 20th February 1889. Jozef Alkalaj and Moša Farki Complained Over Confiscated Horses

Jozef Alkalaj and Moša Rubin Farki filed a complaint to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade against the Town Precinct which had confiscated the horses they had purchased from Rosa, a wife of Dr Bril. The Administration informed them that the horses were still registered as a property of Dr Bril, and registered for the army needs, thus they couldn‘t be sold, so he were to address to Roza Bril on that matter.
