Court‘s Verdict for Embezzlement

A copy of the verdict reached by the Imperial Royal Court Table on the lawsuit filed by Hinko Velš against Ljudevit Leon, and several other people for embezzlement. The convicted Josip Hercl and Herman Vajs had to pay the set fine. Bernhard Vahterlic could not pay the fine and he was sent to prison.

Complaint of Carpenters and Locksmiths Guild

The Carpenters and Locksmiths Guild requested the Palilula Precinct to punish and forbid any further work of street sellers working in Kralja Aleksandra Street. The Guild claimed that the sellers were not only selling antiques, but also new products, damaging the Guild and the state. The complaint was made against Buki Hajim, Hajim B. Avram, Rafail B. Avramović, Benjamin B. Avramović, Jakov B. Avramović and D. Haijon.

Citizenship of Moreno Ruso

Antonije Struldžalić, the merchant from Šabac, requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to issue him a certificate on the citizenship of Moreno Ruso who moved away 12 years before from Belgrade to Vienna. The Administration found out that Ruso paid taxes in Belgrade from 1855 to 1859, but couldn‘t confirm if he was a Serbian subject at that time.
