The Department of the Commerce and Procurement of the Executive People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade issued a decision on the change of the line of business of the Farhi A.D. Company, from the business with cosmetics and alcohol, into the wholesale business with iron products, located in the No.3 Nikole Spasića Street.
Flora Arueti requested the Association of Merchants of Manufactured, Textile and Fashion Products to verify that she was a merchant assistant in the store owned by her father Avram Medina. The request was rejected because Flora had never been registered in the Association.
The Smederevo District Office informed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade that Flora, wife of Isak Josifović, had paid court fees.

Closed Jewish Companies
The Association of Merchants of Manufactured, Textile and Fashion Products returned to the Administration of the City of Belgrade permissions granted to the companies that were closed afterwards. The companies in question were the Jewish companies owned by Bačev Danon, Dona Danon, Franko Elijas, Josif Montija, Aleksandar Vilić and Ivan Stefanić.
Certificate on the Private Practice of Dr. Fric Ginsberger
Dr. Fric Ginsberger requested the Health Department of the Second District People‘s Committee to issue him a certificate cnfirming that he was running the private medical practice in Belgrade from 1930 until 19401.
The company Braća Fuks i Ruben submitted the report to the Association of Commercial Agents stating that the unpaid membership fees for the third quarter of 1923 had been collected.
The Court in Karanovac requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to deliver a court decision to Haim Avramović brought in a lawsuit filed by his business partner David Mordohaj against Đoka Milekić and Stevan Mihailović, over debt.
Court Fees Collection From Josif Hamudaj and Haim Adut
At the request of the Belgrade Town Court, the Administration of the Town of Belgrade collected the court fee amount from Josif Hamudaj and Haim Adut, associated with a lawsuit they had filed against Dimitrije Džehan.
Certification on the Family Relations of Leon David Haim
A certificate which confirmed that Haim David Haim was a birth brother to Leon David Haim, while Haim Azrijel was his cousin and David Solomonović Azrijel his nephew. Avram Suzin and Moša Kalderon signed the certificate and submitted it for a verification .
List of persons from whom a rent amount was collected in July 1867 for the former Turkish properties, later the properties of the Serbian authorities. Among them was Kaim Bencion.

Collection of Contributions From the Members of the Jewish Community
Samuel Koen, Haim Konfino and Jahiel B. Ruso dispatched a communication to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade that a minister of finances approved their request to collect contributions from the members of the Jewish Community to cover the expenses of the Synagogue maintenance, salaries of the rabbis and their widows. They asked the Administration to collect the same contribution from the Belgrade Jews who were living in Zemun. The documentation included the list of Jews who did not pay the contribution.
The Belgrade Town Court requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to deliver a court decision to the representatives of the Jewish Community associated with a lawsuit Marjama, a widow of Josif Maer Sason, had filed against the Community over her allowances. The Administration informed the Court that it failed to deliver a court decision because the Community didn‘t exist, only the tutors of the Synagogue, Samuel Koen, Moreno Gabaj, Haim Konfino, Simaja Albahari and Jahiel Ruso.
The police investigation regarding the accusations against Avram Jakovljević, Samojlo Levi, Haim Konfino, Isak Haim Davičo and David Kalman Levi who were playing cards for money in the inn owned by Moreno Gabaj. The Administration of the Town of Belgrade sentenced them to three days of prison.
The Court in Niš requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to collect a court fee from Janićije Pantelijić, a legal representative of Adolf Falk from Vienna, who filed a lawsuit against Haim Levi from Niš.
The Šabac District Headquarters dispatched to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade the amount collected from David Tajtacak to pay his witnesses, Samuilo Suzin and Haim Levi, in his lawsuit against Rahila Nahmijas.
Confirmation of the Inheritance Right of Johanan B. Haim Mordohaj
Avram Suzin submitted a confirmation for verification to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade that Johanan B. Haim Mordohaj was of legal age and the only heir of his late father Haim Mordohaj.
Document confirming that sister and mother of the late Haim Mutijaz had received their part of inheritance and that they and later their heirs could not have other claims.
The lists of Jews who paid taxes for the year 1856, lists of the Jews who did not and the report on the interrogation of citizens who were not able to pay taxes. The documentation also included a medical certificate confirming that Haim Nahmijas was physically crippled.
Correspondence of the Kragujevac County Court and the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the collection of the court fee from Haim Pardo, a legal representative of Juda Levi, who had demanded a sequester to be placed on the merchandise of Toma Jovanović from Kragujevac.
