Avram Suzin Dismissed as a Legacy Tutor Duer to His Old Age

A certificate confirming that Avram Suzin was dismissed as a legacy tutor for several persons whose assets were in Jerusalem, due to hisold age. The certificate was submitted to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade for verification by Haim Ruso, Nahman Koen, Moša Maclijak and Isak Albahari, all of them performing a duty of legacy tutors for all Jewish legacies and funds.

Avram Pesak Intended to Convert to Christianity

Moša Solomonović reported to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade that Avram Pesak, the apprentice of Avram Romano from Ub, on his return to Belgrade stopped in Obrenovac, stayed in a house of some Serb, with the intention to convert to Christianity. Solomonović, as a tutor of Pesak, requested that he would be forwarded to Belgrade and then he could decide regarding the faith change.

Accusation of Konorta Mataras Against Jakov Kazes

The Administration of the Town of Belgrade investigated accusations filed by Konorta Mataras against Jakov Kazes because he had been selling in Pančevo and Zemun jewelry of a wife of Moša Ruso. Many people suspected that he had obtained the jewelry illegally.

Avram Ruso and Moša Albaha Appointed Tutors

The Belgrade Town Court informed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade that one of the tutors of the property of the late Moreno Magris had moved to Timisoara and that Magris‘ widow had remarried in Vidin. Therefore, Avram Ruso and Moša Albahari were appointed as the tutors of the property.
