Appointment of Management of the Association

The Association of Merchants of Manufactured, Textile and Fashion Products sent a report to the Chambers of Commerce regarding the members of Management and Supervising Board, Wholesalers Section and Trust Section, elected on the Third Regular Assembly in February 1937. The elected members were Azriel Levi, Josif Almuli, Solomon Koen, Moša Amar, Živko Nahmijas, Ruben Rubenović.

Asan Useinović Filed a Lawsuit Against Solomon Konortić

The Belgrade Town Court instructed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to provide Asan Useinović to take an oath in the presence of the Turkish authorities that the accused Solomon Konortić did owe him money. Useinović had taken the oath, therefore the Administration collected the debt from Merkada Bohorović, a legal representative of Konortić. .

Anton Jeger Filed a Lawsuit Against Some Persons For Bodily Injuries

The City Precinct reported to the Administration of the City of Belgrade on events that occurred in the City: Anton Jeger, a painter, filed a lawsuit against Solomon Ruso, Josif Demajo, Maksim Kalef, Avram Arueti, Hajim Demajo, Samuilo Levi, Josif Melamed and Jakov Koen for inflicting minor bodily injuries. The defendants were escorted to the court for sentence reading.

The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed a lawyer Samuilo Sarafić as a legal guardian of Stela Gedalja, who was in America. The guardian was appointed to represent interests of Stela in the inheritance proceedings over the property of the late Vineza Ruso. The documentation included the decision of the First Belgrade County Court on the appointment of the heir of Vineza Ruso, killed in the Sajmište camp in 1941.
