Antonija Frajdenfeld Applied For the Admission Into the Belgrade Residency
Antonija Frajdenfeld, a native of Zemun, applied for the admission into the Municipality of the City of Belgrade, along with her children Evgenija, Luj, Pavle, Reli and Josif. Previously they resided into Kragujevac.
Appointment of a Guardian of Luna Majer, Rašela Tajtacak and Haim Gabaj
The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed a lawyer Radmilo Milošević as a legal guardian of Luna Majer, née Gabaj, Rašela Tajtacak, née Gabaj, and Haim Gabaj. The guardian was to represent them in the process of expropriation of their property at 3 Jevrejska Street.
Appointment of a Guardian of Mosko Elijas and Klara Štunes
The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Board of the City of Belgrade appointed Ludvik Gorec to be a guardian of Mosko Elijas and Klara Štunes. Tjhe guardian was required to represent them in the inheritance proceeding over the property of their mother Luči Elijas. Mosko and Klara were not in the country.
Appointment of the Guardian of Lučija Pardo and Reli Samuilo
The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed Flora Ković as a legal guardian of Lučija Pardo and Reli Samuilo, whose residence was unknown, to represent them in the probate hearing regarding the estate of Julija Rubenović. At the same time, the Board appointed a guardian of Julija Rubenović, owner of the estate located at 21 and 23 Aleksa Bačvanskog Street, to represent her in the lawsuit initiated by Ruben Rubenović.
Appointment of a Guardian of Pavle and Stevan Goldner
The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed guardian of the estate owned by absent Pavle and Stevan Goldner, located at 12 Budimska Street, which they had inherited together with their brother Ljubiša, from Magdalena Goldner.
The 2nd District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed Dušan Jovanović as a legal guardian of Irma Banjanin, née Rac, from Sarajevo, to represent her in the probate proceedings of Ljudevit Rac.
Avram and Rena Suzin Sold Their House to Mazal Jakov
Translation of the statement given in a Hebrew by witnesses that Avram Suzin and his wife Rena had sold their house, situated in the Jevrejska Mala (a Jewish quarter), to Mazal Jakov, called Behara, a widow of Mordohaj Suzin.
The Administration of the Town of Belgrade investigated the accusations filed by Lenka, a widow of Solomon Alkalaj, against Mazal, wife of David Levi, for spreading the fake information and insults. The Administration decided to punish Mazal with two days in prison or 2 talirs money fine.
Mihailo Vuković requested the Adoption Department of the1st city district to allow him to adopt Persida Perla Koen, a daughter of Majer and Rahila (Živana) Koen. Persida‘s mother died in 1942 and her father was killed in 1941 in a camp. After reviewing submitted documentation and after hearing the statements of the witnesses, Mihailo Vuković and his wife Draginja were allowed to adopt minor Persida.
Albahari and Majer Simonović Founde adn Delivered to Their Parents
The Dorćol Precinct reported to the Administration of the City of Belgrade on the events that occurred in the City: the missing children Rena Albahari and Majer Simonović were found and delivered to their parents.
A List of Passengers Compiled on 11th February 1902
The Sava Precinct reported to the Administration of the City of Belgrade on the passengers compiled on 11th February 1902. Azriel Almuzlino, David Levi, Benko Davičo and others departed to Zemun by boat. Maks Dajč, Solomon Alkalaj and others arrived to Belgrade.
Anton Jeger Filed a Lawsuit Against Some Persons For Bodily Injuries
The City Precinct reported to the Administration of the City of Belgrade on events that occurred in the City: Anton Jeger, a painter, filed a lawsuit against Solomon Ruso, Josif Demajo, Maksim Kalef, Avram Arueti, Hajim Demajo, Samuilo Levi, Josif Melamed and Jakov Koen for inflicting minor bodily injuries. The defendants were escorted to the court for sentence reading.
Apprentices Fled From Maksim Pinkas Štajn Due To Maltreatment
Maksim Pinkas Štajn, the industrialist, the member of the Enterprise the Brothers Pinkas Štajn, reported to the Terazije Precinct that three of his apprentices fled. The investigation confirmed that they went to Ranko Gođevac and began to work for him. At the hearing session they gave statements that they could not endure any longer because Štajn gave them hard time and beat them.
The invitation sent to the members of the Glaziers Guild to the annual assembly, scheduled for 2 March 1908. The invitation was sent to Maksim Flajšer, Moša Rubinović, Benijamin Flajšer, and Avram Arueti.

The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed a guardian of absent Maks Mošić, whose last residence was at 6 Banatska Street. The guardian was appointed to represent Mošić in a lawsuit initiated against him by the City Water and Sewage Company for accumulated debts. Maks Mošić emigrated to Israel.
The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed a lawyer Samuilo Sarafić as a legal guardian of absent Maks L. Hercog. The guardian was to represent Hercog in the process of expropriation of his property at 50 Boleslava Bjeruta Street.
