Appointment of Guardian of Arijana Stanišić

Josip Kanjo, an engineer from Dubrovnik requested the County Court in Dubrovnik, to appoint his wife Greta s a guardian for minor Arijana Stanišić, a daughter of Đorđe Stanišić and Margita, née Adler. Arijana‘s mother was killed in a camp as well as her grandparents David and Eugenija. Arijana was first staying in the facilities of the Federation of the Jewish Religious Communities in Belgrade and then she was sent to Greta Kanjo, her legal the guardian.

A Number of Persons Disrespected the Belgrade Customs By Not Paying Fees

The Belgrade Customs dispatched to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade a list of people who, despite the warnings, did not pay the custom fees. The Administration was requested to collect the fees and to fine the indicated persons for disrespecting the Belgrade Customs as a state authority. The list included also David Buli, Moric Hercl, Avram Jakovljević, Moša Kalderon and others.

Accidental Injury By Gun of Jakov Adanja By David De Majo

Investigation of the gun injury inflicted to Jakov, a son of Isak Adanja, by David, a son of Samuil De Majo. The fathers of both boys gave their statements which showed that the incident was accidental. Thus, the Court of Cessation terminated the case and gave up further investigation.
