Appointment of a Guardian of Evgenije and Jovan Flajšer

The Executive Board of the 1st City District People‘s Committee appointed Dr Jakov Čelebonović as a guardian of Evgenije and Jovan Flajšer, who was to represent them in a legal process regarding the property of the late Irena Flajšer. Evgenije Flajšer was in Rome and Jovan was in London.

The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed Mirko Kokoljević as a guardian of absent Benjamin Vinter. The Executive Board of the 1st District People‘s Committee of the City of Belgrade appointed Samuilo Karaoglanović as a legal guardian of absent Sarina Jana Musafija. The guardian was needed in the inheritance proceedings over the property of Natalija Grinberger, who died in December 1941.
