Jurisdiction Over the Leased Shop Situated In the Russian Consulate
The Ministry of Finances informed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade that starting from St. George‘s Day in May 1846 the leasing of shops situated in the Russian Consulate facilities would not longer come under the jurisdiction of the Belgrade District Headquarters but under the jurisdiction of the Administration. The shops were leased to Dimitrije Radović and Samuilo Damar.

Josif Konfino Admitted to the Membership of the Belgrade Municipality
Josif Konfino, a transporting agent, applied for the admission to the membership of the Belgrade Municipality. The request was granted. The file comprised a birth certificate of Josif Konfino, the son of Samuilo and Dona Konfino, born on 25th June 1901 in Belgrade, issued by the Jewish Religious School Community.

The Jewish Religious School Community reported to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade on number of births and deaths in the period between 11th and 20th January 1890. There were no babies born. David, a son of Isak Alkalaj, Rufk Sabitaj Koen and Venizjana, a widow of Samuilo Mandil, died.
The Alliance of the Jewish Religious School Community reported on a number of newborns in a period 1st-17th May 1881. Danilo Albahari got a daughter, Avram Mizrahi, Hajim Farhi, Avram Levi and Samuilo Melamed got sons.

The Jewish Religious School Community reported to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade on the number of the newly born and deceased in the Community in the period 11th to 20th February 1889. Babies were born in the families of David Majo and Gavriel Koen and a stillborn in the family of Samuil Melamed. Regina, daughter of Hajim Mejuhas died.
The Administrative Department of the Belgrade City Government informed the Directorate for Trams and City Lighting that a number of persons would be appointed to overlook the works and be responsible that no sabotage or job done poorly occurred. Those persons were Marsel Konforti, Ladislav Levaj, Samuilo Pesah, Avram Pesah, Anton Levaj and Ernest Braj. The appointed persons did not appear in the Directorate.

Jewish Merchants Interrogated For Working During the Church Service
David Pinto, Samuilo Cevi, Moreno Koen, Jozef Ruso and Levi Baruh, the merchants, were reported by the Terazije Precincts officers and accordingly interrogated over keeping their stores open during the church service.
Jovan Komdadinić Settled His Debt to Samujel and Kučo Amar
The Commercial Court requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to put a sequester on the mobile property of Jovan Komadinić, to secure the debt settlement to the merchants Samujel Amar and his son Kučo, but later it gave up the request because Komadinić settled the debt.
Jakov Albert Applied For the Admission to the Serbian Citizenship
Jakov Albert, a merchant, filed a request to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade for the admission to the Serbian citizenship. Albert, his wife Ana and a son Samuilo came to Belgrade from Alexandria, Egypt.
Jews Appointed To the Forced Labor To the Water Supplies Administration
The Belgrade City Government notified the Water Supplies Administration that it forwarded the Jewish mechanic engineers Samek Kiter, Arnold Samujlović, Samujlo Zunana, Ljubomir Milin, Leopold Hercog, Franjo Holo; chemists Filip Frank, Mirko Bihler, Zigmund Brukner, Samuilo Eškenazi, Rafajlo Avramović, Bela Bernet, Rudolf Štajner and Rafajlo Lević PhD in economy, to work in that Administration.
Jewish Community Reported on Births and Deaths in the Community
The Jewish Religious School Community in Belgrade reported on the number of newborn and deceased persons in the period between 10th and 20th May (year unknown): Josif Mandil got a baby boy and Simon Binja Gedalja got a baby girl. Children of Josif Mandil, Jakov Cevi, Sara Alvo, Maks Flajšer and Avram Kalderon died.
Upon the request of Sara Elijas, the Administration of the Town of Belgrade issued a certificate that Jahijel B. Ruso departed to Pančevo on 16th May 1865, and returned the next day. In addition, David B. Ruso was appointed the apprentice to Jahijel in November that year.
Ilija Garašanin, the Minister of the Interior communicated to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the ban for settlement of the Jews, after he had received information that over thirty poor families headed from Sarajevo towards Serbia. In addition, the Ministry was informed that a number of Jews settled in Serbia after being deported from Vlaška.
Josif Kabiljo Applied For the Admission Into the Belgrade Residency
Josif Kabiljo, the owner of the Herrmes Company, native of Jerusalem, applied for the admission into the residency of the Belgrade Municipality. Kabiljo settled in Belgrade from Sarajevo.
