Correspondence of the Belgrade Town Court and the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the collection of court fee from the brothers Samuilo and Menahem Amar. Samuilo passed away and Mordohaj moved to Zemun, therefore the Court instructed the Administration to collect the fee from the heir of the deceased Samuilo Amar.

Court Fee Collection From Amar Gavrilo Leon and Isak Fermo

The Administration of the Town of Belgrade informed the Belgrade Town Court to have collected half of the court fee amount from Amar Gavrilo Leon associated with a lawsuit Rista Kulić had filed against him and Isak Fermo, over tenancy rent. The other half could not be collected from Fermo because he had moved away to Šabac.

Collection of Customs Fees For the Imported Goods

The Belgrade Customs requested the Administration of the Town of Belgrade to collect the customs fees from Moša Kalderon, Leon Koen and Mišolan Koen for the imported merchandise. The Administration collected the customs fee only from Moša Kalderon, since Leon Koen was in Vidin and Mišolan Koen could not be found in the town.

The Belgrade Town Court communicated to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade regarding the collection of a court fee amount from David and Juda Azrijel, leather manufacturers, who had been sentenced to settle their debt to the late Jovan Poznanović, a lawyer. The Administration failed to collect the fee, because the accused had moved to NIš.
