The Girls‘ School In Jalija Needed Expansion

The Ministry of Education and Religion communicated to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade and requested the Girls‘ School in Jalija be expanded.The school was attended by 75 female students gathered in one classroom. The Administration was requested to investigate if the Belgrade Municipality could provide a suitable building for the school. The President of the Municipality informed the Administration that the house of Leja Albahari had already been leased for the needs of the school.

Transport of Goods to Pirot and Road Accident

The Kragujevac District Headquarters informed the Administration of the Town of Belgrade that Petar Dimitrijević, who transported the merchandise of Moša Ozerović and Anastas Pavlović to Pirot, had an accident with a cart in Batočina, one of his horses died. The Administration was asked to inform Pavlović and Ozerović that their merchandise was temporarily placed at Aleksa Milenković‘s, the inn keeper from Batočina.

The Dorćol Precinct reported to the Administration of the Town of Belgrade on events in the town and the issued passports. Azrijel Almuzino‘s grocery store was robbed during the night. Avram Melamed got a passport, valid 10 days, to travel to Požarevac.

The Saks Brothers Accused Over Embezzlement

Upon the request of the Austrian authorities, the Administration of the Town of Belgrade Dispatched a circular letter to the Precincts instructing them to search for the brothers Albert and Viljem Saks, with the last known residence in Frankfurt, accused over embezzlement.
